Privacy Policy

The content you type into Mozaik — URLs, Wi-Fi credentials, contact cards, camera frames while scanning, images you upload — is generated, decoded, and rendered entirely on your device. None of it is ever sent to a Mozaik or Pars Smart server. There is no account, no database of your codes, and no server-side history.

A small amount of technical data lives only in your browser (cookies and localStorage) — never on a server. See the full inventory on the Cookie Policy page. This covers things like your language choice, light/dark theme, and — only if you use the scanner — your last 50 scanned codes, kept on your device until you clear them.

Like any web service, the reverse proxy in front of Mozaik keeps short-lived technical access logs (IP address, requested path, timestamp, user agent) for security and abuse-prevention purposes, retained for 14 days and then deleted. These logs are not linked to any Mozaik-generated content, because that content never reaches the server.

Security logging relies on legitimate interest under KVKK Art. 5/2-f (and GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) for EU visitors) — keeping the service available and abuse-free. Optional analytics, if you enable it, relies on your explicit consent and stops immediately if you withdraw it.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing. Because user-generated content never leaves your browser, there is no international data transfer to disclose for that content. Within the analytics measurement, which runs only with your explicit consent, anonymous page-view data may be transferred to a technology service provider whose servers may be located abroad in order to deliver the service. Under KVKK Art. 11 you may ask whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly, learn any recipients, request correction or deletion, and object to results produced solely by automated analysis. Where GDPR applies, the same practical outcome holds under Art. 15–21: because Mozaik processes your content locally, there is very little for us to hold, disclose, or delete on your behalf. Contact us at destek@parssmart.com for any GDPR request.
