Mozaik is offered without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. It is not certified or intended for regulated, medical-device, life-safety, or retail point-of-sale scanning use — verify generated codes independently before relying on them in such contexts.

You are solely responsible for the content you encode, generate, or share using Mozaik, and for ensuring it complies with applicable law. Because processing happens on your device, we have no visibility into what you create and cannot moderate it.

"Mozaik" and its logo are marks of Pars Smart. "QR Code" is a registered trademark of DENSO WAVE Incorporated; Mozaik's use is nominative and implies no affiliation with or endorsement by DENSO WAVE. Barcode symbologies referenced (EAN, UPC, GS1-128, etc.) belong to their respective standards bodies (GS1 and others) — using Mozaik to generate them does not grant any GS1 membership or licence you may separately need for commercial retail use.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye.
