The only personal data Mozaik's infrastructure processes is the minimal technical access-log data described in the Privacy Policy, processed solely to keep the service secure, available, and free of abuse. Content you generate or scan is processed entirely on your own device and is never transmitted to us.

Access-log data is collected automatically by standard web-server and reverse-proxy technology when your browser requests a page, on the legal ground of legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f). Optional analytics data, if you opt in, is collected on the ground of explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1) and only after you accept it in the cookie notice.

Access logs are not transferred to any third party and are not shared domestically or internationally, except where required by a competent Turkish authority under applicable law.

You may apply to us to learn whether your personal data is processed; request information about processing; learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly; learn third parties it is transferred to; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction where the grounds for processing no longer apply; request notification of corrections/deletions to third parties; object to a result that is to your detriment arising solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.

Send your request to destek@parssmart.com, identifying yourself per KVKK's application requirements. We respond within 30 days of receipt, free of charge unless the request requires an extra cost recognised by the Personal Data Protection Board, as required by law.
